Our History:
Falafel Freiha was established in 1958. Its first branch was located in El
Bourj, nowadays better known by the Martyr’s square, in Downtown Beirut.
The falafel is a 100 % vegetarian food. Its main components are: Fava beans,
salt, spices and a secret mixture making this delicious crispy and fluffy
taste.
The Famous Falafel Freiha, along with the best tarator sauce has been the
favorite sandwich of the Lebanese for decades. In addition to the number 1
quality products, Falafel Freiha take away restaurants are also recognized for
their hospitality and generosity.
Lebanese migrate a lot. Though they are spread across the globe they still seek
traditional Lebanese way of living and delicious food and cuisine. Thus, we
decided to create an establishment E. Freiha, which aim is to fulfill the
demand and aspirations of the international and Lebanese new generations.
Est. E. Freiha for Trade, Industry and Services was founded in 2005 in Roumieh
Lebanon specializing in falafel packed products and auxiliary food. It newly
inaugurated its second branch in Montréal, Canada.
Our business is still in expansion, our main products until now are:
- E. Freiha powder Falafel Mix with 4 different recipes (regular, spicy, sesame
and unsalted mix).
- E. Freiha’s frozen Mini Falafel.
